Truck Accidents in Georgia
Trucks are known for being some of the largest vehicles on Georgia roads. This means that they are capable of causing immense harm when an accident occurs. Though truck accidents do not happen as commonly as other accidents on our roads, they are incredibly severe when they do happen. In one recent year’s time in the U.S., over 110,000 people were seriously injured in truck accidents and many others lost their lives. Because truck drivers spend a long period of time on our roads, they are more likely to drive distracted or fall asleep at the wheel. If you have been hurt in a truck accident that is not your fault, you should speak with an attorney that you can rely on.
The aftermath of a truck accident can affect your life in a variety of ways. These accident claims can be entirely complex in nature, which is why you should have the assistance of an Atlanta truck accident lawyer on your side. Many parties could be at fault for a truck accident, including the following:
- Truck drivers
- Trucking companies
- Cargo loaders
There could be more than one party who is at fault for your accident. Because these claims are not easy to face on your own and typically involve many types of truck regulations, you should have the help of an Atlanta personal injury attorney on your side.
