Dallas, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Villa Rica Hwy & Ruff Harris Dr

Dallas, GA (January 4, 2022) – Officials reported that a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Dallas on Tuesday, January 4.

Around 11:39 a.m. in the morning, the accident happened at the intersection of Villa Rica Highway and Ruff Harris Drive. Two or more vehicles were allegedly traveling in the area when the vehicles collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an hour as police worked to clear the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
