Flowery Branch, GA (January 2, 2021) – On Thursday morning, December 30, a woman was killed in a fatal car accident in Flowery Branch.

According to the Georgia State Patrol, the accident happened on McEver Road around the area of Bell Drive. A 76-year-old woman was traveling south in her Nissan when a van suddenly traveled into her lane of traffic, striking her vehicle head-on. The van then rotated on the roadway and collided with a Nissan Frontier. The vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the collision.
