Lawrenceville, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Sugarloaf Pkwy & Old Norcross Rd

Lawrenceville, GA (September 17, 2021) – At 5:29 a.m. on Friday morning, September 17, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Lawrenceville.

According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Norcross Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals. Their conditions are not known at this time.

The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
