Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia
Pedestrians are known for being some of the most at-risk parties on our roads in the state of Georgia every year. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. Because of this, pedestrians are likely to become seriously injured or killed in the event of an accident. In 2018 alone, it was reported that approximately 260 people were killed in fatal pedestrian accidents. These accidents can typically be prevented on our roads but continue to occur due to the outright recklessness of negligent drivers. If you have suffered the loss of a loved one in a pedestrian accident, you may be feeling alone and confused. It is imperative that you speak with an attorney that you can trust in your time of need.
Losing someone you love in a pedestrian accident might be one of the most difficult things that you have ever had to endure. It is never easy to face these losses entirely on your own, especially when your family has suffered greatly. Nobody is ever fully prepared to face the aftermath of a pedestrian accident on their own.
