Rossville, GA (December 12, 2021) – At 8:15 p.m. on the night of Saturday, December 11, a two-vehicle accident occurred at an intersection in Rossville.
According to Walker County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-193 and GA-2. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time as police worked to clear the scene.
